Terms & Conditions Santai44 – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

General terms applicable to all game types on santai44:

• All game results are final once determined by the system. No disputes or appeals may be raised against any valid game outcome.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, santai44 will resolve the matter based on verified system records.

Santai44's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim. santai44 does not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or operate without interruption.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
